Sermon Part II - comfort vs. Easy Living

Matthew 5, 4:
Blessed are they that mourn: for they shall be comforted.

long, long time ago. Unfortunately
I have replaced this blog from my life, but now it's worth watching new items.
So: The passage deals with the people who have to endure the suffering.
At first glance, this passage as a glorification of suffering, what Christianity is so often accused.
It is in my opinion, but not a relativity of suffering, but a comparison.
This raises the question, which probably causes a greater satisfaction: it's an easy life, where you will never be faced with difficult decisions, or is it a hard life in which one experiences in the consolation final consequence.
I think in this world there are so good as no man who is really happy with his life. Many will go on the whole okay, but I know no man who is about to make peace with his situation.
Some have financial problems, others have no real friends, others have suffered serious setbacks, and still others have such an undefined dissatisfaction, even though objectively consider all goes well.
Everyone with any charge to be around. And I think it was 2000 years ago also not large different. Each man was ever the question of meaning in his life is turned. This beatification
covers decisions on all people. All the problems people carry around with them are blessed, because they will know comfort.
In this passage it is therefore primarily about comfort concept.
What is comfort? I think many confuse comfort with the award of a well-intentioned words and sincere expressions of condolences.
But this contradicts the biblical context of Jewish tradition.
The Jewish Society has made during this time mostly of artisans, farmers, fishermen and other workers together. For her words had no idealistic or philosophical dimension. This kind of thinking can be found closer to the educated Greeks, and Roman in the upper class. If the Jewish
average person - and Matthew was no other - of Trost has been spoken, so not a nice speeches meant, but an active support to aufzuhelfen the people and give them the strength to free themselves from its problems.
From this perspective, getting the words, "for they shall be comforted", an entirely different meaning.
It is not about the people with problems, to put off to the paradise or heaven, but to give them the hope that God and other people, they will offer support to their own lives to take in hand ; to no longer be dependent on their environment. Similar to Jessaga
is dealt 58 with the concept of fasting should be here to deal with the concept of comfort.
action instead of talk, a little less conversation - a bit more action please.
